Bids are currently being accepted for the construction of the new Aloft Hotel and Conference Center planned for Lake Nona.
Located at 12498 Approach Way at Lake Nona Boulevard, the new, 6-story, 148,000 square-foot hotel will offer 205 units, a breakfast room, fitness area, a patio and a pool.
The project also calls for an additional 17,617 square-foot conference center that will be attached to the hotel.
The site lies in the northwest quadrant of the Lake Nona Boulevard/State Road 417 interchange, south of Approach Way, west of Lake Nona Boulevard, and east of Corner Drive.
According to records, the rooms will include 116 King suites and 89 Queen suites.
