Central Florida Fair kicks off at fairgrounds today

The Central Florida Fair is returning to the Central Florida Fairgrounds.

The 110th installment of the fair opens on Thursday, March 3, at 4 p.m. at the fairgrounds, which are located at 4603 W Colonial Drive. The fair will operate every weekday starting at 4 p.m., and weekends starting at 12 p.m. through Sunday, March 13.

In addition to livestock and food, the fair will feature a bevy of entertainment including a sea lion splash, high flying aerial shows, pig races, and a BMX show.

The cost to attend during the week is $10 for all those ages 12 and over. All children 11 and under are free. On the weekends, the cost to attend is $15. All youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who is over 21 in order to enter the fair. ID will be required at the front gate for entrance, and only four children may enter with one paid adult.
