Police identify Orlando homicide victim, still looking for suspect

Police have identified a male victim who was shot and killed in Orlando this weekend.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim as 38-year-old Estel Jean Baptiste. Baptiste was found dead in the middle of Barlow Street early Saturday morning around 12:38 a.m.

Baptiste was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to authorities, the suspect fled the scene and was known to Baptiste.
