41-year-old Apopka motorcyclist ejected, killed after striking median on Semoran Blvd

A 41-year-old Apopka motorcyclist was ejected from his vehicle and died on Semoran Boulevard late last night.

The accident took place on Friday around 11:45 p.m. near the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Balmy Beach Drive. For an unknown reason, the man lost control of his motorcycle and struck the median.

He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased on the scene. The crash remains under investigation.

The identity of the man has not been released, per FHP policy.
