Three men have been arrested and charged with the killing of a 20-year-old man in Orlando earlier this month.
Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested three men in connection with the killing of Elijah Peterson, who was found suffering from gunshot wounds on Saturday, April 9. Peterson was transported to the hospital in critical condition and eventually died from his injuries.
During the investigation, detectives determined the matter to be a homicide and arrested 18-year-old Zachary Staffine on a charge of first degree murder.
Two additional suspects, 35-year-old David Manuel and 38-year-old Jason Owens, were also arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.
Another victim, a man in his 30s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and has not been identified by police.
