Orlando police arrest felon with drugs, firearm after receiving community tip

Orlando Police arrested a convicted felon who was in possession of illicit drugs and a firearm after receiving a tip from residents in the Parramore community.

According to the Orlando Police Department, the tip was received on Wednesday, April 27 when a few Parramore residents reported a man in the area with drugs and a firearm.

The Crime Center & Parramore Bikes investigated the tip and located 41-year-old Teaso Favors.

During a traffic stop and search of Favors’ vehicle, officers found a stolen firearm, 17 grams of MDMA, and 3.6 grams of Cocaine.

Favors was charged with trafficking in MDMA with a firearm, possession of cocaine with intent to sell with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
