Volunteers are needed to help clean up the Avalon Park community pond.
The Avalon Park Rotary Club and Property Owners Association will take place on Saturday, April 30, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Volunteers will meet at 7:45 a.m. at the flag pole at the pond, which is located at 3801 Avalon Park Boulevard.
After collecting garbage from around the pond, volunteers will return to the flag pole at 10:15 a.m. to dispose of all the garbage collectively.
