City of Edgewater hosting tree giveaway for Arbor Day

The City of Edgewater is giving trees to residents in honor of Arbor Day.

The city will host the event on Friday, April 29, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Whistle Stop Park, which is located at 651 Roberts Road.

Proof of residency is required and all residents will have a choice of a either a free Red Maple, Southern Live Oak or Water Oak.
