How to read a Nutrition Facts label class hosted by Orange County Library system

The Orange County Library System will host a virtual class with a registered nutritionist to teach residents how to read a Nutrition Facts label.

The virtual event will take place on Tuesday, May 17, at 12 p.m. through the Orange County Library System online portal. KeyVion Miller, a registered dietician nutritionist, will offer tips on how to make healthier food choices when grocery shopping.

Miller has experience helping people manage high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, among other major health issues. She has been featured in multiple nutrition publications, including The Food Network, Live Strong, and The Healthy.
