Culver’s is continuing its growth throughout Central Florida with the addition of another location in east Orlando.
The business recently announced plans to construct a new location at 13200 East Colonial Drive, right next to the highway’s interchange with S.R. 408. The outparcel will replace part of a parking lot in a shopping plaza.
According to construction records, the property was undeveloped prior to 1995 until it was cleared and developed into the current commercial location in 1999.

The new Culver’s will stand one-story and occupy 4,480 square-feet, with interior and exterior designs modeled after existing restaurant designs.
Currently in the bidding phase, an estimated timetable as to the completion of the new restaurant has not been released.
The company has dramatically increased its foothold in Florida in recent months and is nearing 90 locations in the Sunshine State. Culver’s will open its second location in The Villages this year, having opened its first location in April 2018.
A new Culver’s will also open in Apopka this year and is already taking online orders, and this past October, Culver’s opened its first location in Ocala.
