Osceola residents welcome to free, drive-thru food distribution

Osceola residents are welcome to gather free groceries at an upcoming drive-thru food distribution event.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Archie Gordon Memorial Park, located at 420 Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee.

Osceola Board of County District 2 Commissioner Viviana Janer and Farm Share are hosting the event for the first 500 families.

Founded in 1991, Farm Share is a nonprofit organization that recovers crops from Florida-based farmers and distributes them to Floridians in need.
