60-year-old man killed after car overturns, ejects him from vehicle in Osceola County

A 60-year-old Saint Cloud man was killed after he was ejected from his vehicle while driving in Osceola County.

The incident took place around 1:53 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7 near the intersection of Cross Prairie Parkway and Partin Settlement Road.

The 60-year-old man was traveling northbound on Cross Prairie Parkway in the outside lane in a 2000 Ford pick-up truck.

Witnesses say the name was traveling above the posted speed limit.

As he was traveling, the man’s vehicle struck a concrete curb on the right side of the roadway, causing the man to overcorrect to the left.

The truck entered the grass median, overturned, and ejected the man from the vehicle. He was transported to Partin Settlement Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
