Tai Chi Easy class in downtown Orlando

The Orlando Public Library will host a Benefits of Tai Chi Easy class this week.

The class will be administered by Kevin Merrigan on Tuesday, June 14, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the library, which is located at 101 E Central Boulevard in downtown Orlando.

Merrigan will teach attendees how to experience the benefits of Tai Chi Easy, a program that focuses on mindful movements, breathing, self-massage, and meditation. The class will equip those who attend with tools “throughout the day to de-stress and reset,” according to event organizers.
