Janie Mae Williams Bullard

Janie Mae Williams Bullard, 78, of Orlando, departed this life on Monday, June 6, 2022. Janie was born on May 15, 1944 in Bishopville, SC to the late Lizzie and Henry Williams, Sr.

Professionally, Janie was a businesswoman. She had a passion for children and education, and thus, opened her own day care services. Janie was an active and dedicated member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Orlando. She was a woman of great wisdom. She dedicated her life to service, to her family and community. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her children and grandchildren to follow. Her memories will live on in our hearts. She loved her family and showed love to everyone. Ms. Janie was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all for living life in an exemplary way. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Janie leaves to cherish her memories to 3 children, Dennis (Ednita) Williams, Luther (April Lyons) Bullard, Jr., Bridgette (Frenchie Gomes) Franklin; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, church family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary.

A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, 11:00 AM at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 5200 W. South Street, Orlando with Rev. Dr. Larry G. Mills, officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
