A stretch of I-4 east was closed this morning as crews responded to a fatal accident.
The road was blocked starting in Volusia county at exit 111 and extending eastbound through exit 116, as emergency crews attended to at least one fatality as a result of the incident.
One individual was covered with a sheet as crews from the Florida Highway Patrol and assessed the scene.
