The City of Orlando is still accepting applications for its 2022 Mayor’s City Academy.
The deadline to apply for Mayor Buddy Dyer’s 12-week civic engagement program is Sunday, July 3. The academy offers residents a look inside the city government and will take attendees on a tour of facilities including the Amway Center and new Orlando Police Department Headquarters.
The program is limited to 60 participants and will also provide more information on volunteering opportunities in the city, as well as city initiatives throughout various neighborhoods.
