A popular New Jersey burrito chain is making brisk progress in building out its second restaurant in Orlando and sixth in the Central Florida area.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos, which got its start in the Garden State in 2008, will open its second unit in the O-Town West Village at 11810 Glass House Road later this summer.
With its roots in the surfer and skater scene, the restaurant’s menu features a discounted student section, as well as a variety of signature handheld dishes and bowls.
Diners may select from a variety of base options like tacos, burritos, taco salads, and others, and combine those with a protein.
In addition to its entrees, Bubbakoo’s features multiple starters including buffalo cauliflower, empanadas, and tater tots that may be topped in a variety of ways.
The company currently operates dozens of locations across multiple states, including New Jersey, Tennessee, New York, and Ohio, among others.
Bubbakoo’s joins multiple other restaurants that are currently undergoing buildout in the area, including next door neighbor Vitality Bowls, as well as McAlister’s Deli and Tijuana Flats, which are both located right up the road.
