FilmSlam screening independent films at Orlando Museum of Art this weekend

The Florida FilmSlam series returns to the Orlando Museum of Art this weekend with a series of new works by independent filmmakers.

FilmSlam takes place on Sunday, July 10, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum, which is located at 2416 N Mills Avenue.

Multiple films are scheduled for the screening, which will run for about 60 minutes and will be followed by a live-streamed question and answer session with the crew and cast of each film.

The cost to attend the event is $11.
