Phyllis A. Justice, age 69, of Longwood, Florida, passed away on July 9, 2022. She was born on July 9, 1953, in Huntington, West Virginia, the daughter of Roy Napier and Zadie Nelson.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Gilbert L. Justice; son Benjamin (Amanda) Taylor; daughter Tammy (TK) Townsend; grand-daughters Chloe, Hayli, and Charli Townsend, and Patricia Taylor; brother Roy Kenneth Napier; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
