The Altamonte Springs Police Department will host a school supply drive at a local Walmart this weekend.
The school supply drive will take place on Saturday, July 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Walmart located at 200 S. State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs.
Officers will be onsite to collect supplies for the Tools 4 Schools program, which provides SCPS teachers with supplies that they may distribute to their students.
The list of needed supplies is extensive and includes backpacks, pencils, crayons, markers, colored pencils, glue sticks, folders, and binders, among many others.
