Moricle, Billie Lee, 92, of Orlando, FL made his journey to heaven on July 23, 2022. Billie, or “Pop” to many people, was born December 21, 1929, in Williamson, WV. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ann and two brothers, John and Frank. He was happily married for 56

years, and he is survived by three children Robert (Pam), Kathy Little (Kaylan), and William (Betsy); six grandchildren, Kaylan Lee (Rachel), Kristen, Grace, Griffin, Hollis, Hadley; and two great-grandchildren, Brooke and Bryn.

Billie proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for nearly four years and was stationed in Germany. After his military service, he graduated with a degree in education from Morehead State University in Kentucky. He moved to Orlando in 1959 with his wife Betty where he began a three-decade long teaching career. Billie, or “Mr. M” as he was known by thousands of students, was a teacher and coach at Robert E. Lee Jr. High School in College Park. Over his career, he taught many subjects including wood shop, industrial arts, geography, and math. While coaching many school sports, including football and baseball, he led the school to two county championships. He enjoyed 30 years of retirement rooting for his favorite football teams and spending time with his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids who will remember him always.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 28th 2022 from 5:30 to 8:30 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, East Altamonte Chapel, 994 E. Altamonte Drive, 32701. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, July 29th at the funeral home.
