Orange City police trying to identify man caught recording woman in Kohl’s dressing room

The Orange City Police Department is asking the public for help to identify a man who was caught trying to record a woman who was changing in a Kohl’s dressing room.

According to OCPD, on Saturday, July 16, the man featured in the above-image was seen leaving the Kohl’s located at 1065 Harley Strickland Boulevard in Orange City.

While he was in the establishment, a female victim says that she witnessed the man recording her while he was in an adjacent stall in the female dressing room.

When the woman noticed what was happening, she confronted the man before he fled the area in an unknown direction.
