Tamara was born on July 25, 1900 in Orlando, FL to Derek and Dana Hutley. She was educated in the Seminole County School System. She later earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System from the University of North Florida. Most recently, she passed the Barber Board and became a Certified Master Barber. She worked beside her Father as the Chief Operating Officer of Hutley Van System. Tamara passed away on July 14, 2022.
Tamara was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Albert Dubose, Grandmother: Charlene Hutley, Geraldine Dubose, Pansey Dubose and an Uncle, Michael Dubose.
