The Orlando Police Department is asking the public for any evidence or information that will help them find the suspect(s) responsible for an early morning shooting in downtown Orlando that injured seven people.
According to OPD, as bars were closing in downtown just after 2 a.m., a large fight broke out at Wall Street Plaza and Orange Avenue.
During that fight, seven victims were struck by gunfire. All of those victims are in stable condition after receiving medical attention.
“We continue urging our community members who were in the area of Wall St. & S Orange Ave. at approximately 2 am on 7/31 to come forward with information about this incident,” reads a statement from OPD social media.
The department has provided a webpage to request evidence from the incident, which took place just after 2 a.m. at the Wall Street Plaza.
Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have information about the incident or suspect is asked to call the Orlando Police Department at 9-1-1 or contact CRIMELINE at 800-423-8477.
