It is with the heaviest of hearts that the family of Willie Green announces his passing on August 1, 2022 in Orlando, FL at the age of 72. He was born on March 1, 1950 in TyTy, Georgia from parents Doris Lumpkin and Joseph Green, both precede him in death.
He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Green; Children, Beatrice Sanders (Tim) and Troy Green (Victoria); Grandchildren, Shamon Williams, Sasha’ Brown, Shakera Reese, Tim Sanders Jr, Tyre’ Sanders, Tre’mane Sanders, Timia Sanders and Maeve Green; Brothers, Truitt Green (Mary) and Theodus Green (Ulrike); Sisters, Mildred Walker, Genervie Green, Maxine Rivers (Kenny); 6 Great Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends that will miss his dearly.
A Memorial Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 @ 11:00 AM at Mount Olive AME Church, Orlando with Reverend Dr. Marcus R. Green, Officiating.
