White Rabbit opening first of two sit-down dessert shops in Florida

White Rabbit Dessert Experience is nearing completion of its first Florida location at Waterford Lakes.

The dessert restaurant is putting the final touches on its new location at 875 N Alafaya Trail, which is one of two that are planned for the area.

The second location in Florida is currently under build out in the Flamingo Crossings Town Center in Winter Garden.

According to the company, the Waterford Lakes location plans to open in September.

Based in New York, the dessert shop features over 100 made-from-scratch desserts, including made-to-order waffles, crepes, sundaes, cakes, brownies and over 100.

Additionally, homemade ice creams are crafted daily, and the restaurant offers a full espresso bar.

The restaurant currently operates three locations in the state of New York at Tonawanda, Rochester, and Cheektowaga.
