James L. Easterday, loving father and grandfather died peacefully in his sleep September 1, 2022 with his daughters by his side. He was survived by his daughters, Tonya (Misty) Martin and Jamie (Jeremy) Ray and grandchildren Cody Lake, Jackson Ray, and Mary Jo Martin as well as his son Leroy (Sabrina) Sword and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren . His sister Carol Owens and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father Alvin Easterday, mother Mary Easterday, sister Kay Pilkington, step daughter Melissa Tapia and grandson Tyler D. Lake.
Jim retired as a postal carrier with USPS and always lived life to the fullest. He never meet a stranger and was the life of every party.
