A 37-year-old man was killed after he got into an accident and was thrown from his motorcycle in Lake Mary.
The incident took place just past 2 a.m. on Sunday, September 18, near the intersection of Lake Mary Boulevard and Celery Avenue.
According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the man, who was from Lake Mary, was traveling southbound on Lake Mary Boulevard and approaching Celery Avenue.
For unknown reasons, the driver ran off the roadway to the right and onto the sidewalk, where it overturned and caused the driver to be thrown off the vehicle.
The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
