A 62-year-old chiropractor who was arrested last Friday after a patient came forward and accused him of inappropriately touching her genitals and breasts, was arrested again this week after another woman accused of him similar actions.

Agostinho Loiolamar Rodrigues was arrested on Thursday, October 13, on charges of battery and sexual battery less than a week after a separate arrest for the same charges against a different victim.

Rodrigues is accused of inappropriately touching victims’ breasts and genitals in procedures that he claimed were for “medical purposes,” according to an arrest affidavit filed by the Orlando Police Department.

During each incident, victims told authorities that Rodrigues removed clothing from them without permission, massaged their breasts and nipples, and used his fingers to penetrate their genitals, all under the guise that the “sexual abuse was for appropriate, medical services,” according to court records.

In each instance, Rodrigues would reassure the victims when they would object or show discomfort while he was performing the alleged medical procedures.

Rodrigues rents a space at The Healthy Human Personal Training and Alternative Specialty Services located at 1005 Virginia Drive in Orlando.

In June, Rodrigues was investigated after a different woman came forward regarding a similar incident that took place at the same business in April.

During that incident, the victim reported that Rodrigues massaged her breasts and touched her genitals. The victim was “mentally distraught” due to the incident and was unable to proceed with the investigation at the time.

Orlando police believe that Rodrigues may have battered additional victims. Anyone who believes they may have been sexually battered by Rodrigues should contact the Orlando Police Department at 321-235-5300 or Central Florida Crimeline at 800-423-8477.
