Massage therapist arrested for sexually battering clients at Orlando business

A masseuse was arrested after two separate victims came forward last week and accused him of sexually battering them during massage therapy sessions.

Andy Wilsson Manrique Yepez, 48, was arrested on Saturday, October 22, at The Spa Orlando, which is located at 1010 Arthur Street, after two victims reported sexual assaults to police on back-to-back days.

According to reports filed with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, police were called to the business on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22, in reference to a massage therapist inappropriately touching his patients. During their investigation, police were told by two victims of incidents in which Yepez touched or inserted fingers into their vaginas.

During the first incident on Thursday, October 20, the victim says that she told Yepez to target her neck and shoulders for her massage. The victim says that although Yepez initially began the massage in the area requested, he eventually asked her to roll over to her back so that he could massage her inner thighs.

After the woman rolled over, Yepez allegedly inserted his fingers into the woman’s vagina several times. The woman says she could “not believe what was happening” and waited until Yepez left before she contacted authorities.

During a second incident on Friday, another victim told police that Yepez had touched her vagina “outside of her underwear on several occasions” without her permission. Each time that Yepez touched her inappropriately, the victim says she moved his hand until the massage was concluded. The victim spoke to the owner of the business, who apologized, before she contacted law enforcement and reported the incident. The woman indicated that she had seen Yepez several times and never had any complaints before the incident in question.

During their investigation, authorities determined that Yepez was the masseuse working during the time of the incidents and he was positively identified.

Yepez, whose address is listed in Davenport, was arrested on Saturday and charged with battery and sexual battery on a person over 18.
