Nancy Miller Shepherd

Nancy Miller Shepherd, 84, passed away on September 30th, 2022. Nancy was born July 2nd, 1938, in Engle, KY.
Nancy worked multiple jobs to provide for her children, who she adored so much. Timothy her eldest and Jeanette her baby, were her entire life. She met a man who helped her, and her children have a better life. Jake and Nancy were inseparable. They loved to play cards and travel to see family. From the beautiful plains of Colorado to the hills of Kentucky. There weren’t many places they didn’t enjoy going together. Nancy was blessed to be able to meet and have relationships with her great grandchildren prior to her passing. Everyone who knew Nancy knew she would give the shirt off of back to help anyone in need. She had many kids from the neighborhood she kept an extra eye on and who loved her dearly.

Nancy Shepherd is survived by her sister Katherine Miller, brother Charlie Miller. Son, Timothy E. Shepherd; grandchildren Jillian Shepherd, Timothy R. “Little Timmy” Shepherd, Blake Hickson; and five great grandchildren. As well as multiple nieces and nephews in KY. Preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanette Hickson and her life companion Norbert “Jake” Jacobs. Mother Elizabeth Miller, Father Sam Miller and her brothers John L Miller, Scott Miller, Kurt Miller, Rob Miller and Sammy Miller.
