William Issac Nichols

William Issac Nichols, age 62, of Winter Springs, FL passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022 in the presence of his loving family in Deltona, FL.

Billy was born on August 9, 1960 in Waukegan, IL, son of the late Jimmie and Betty (Plaskiewicz) Nichols. On March 28, 2003, he married his longtime companion, the former Sandra Hanbury. Together, Billy and Sam rescued horses. Billy also raised black angus cows, each of whom he named himself. He was a member of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club, Central Florida Chapter, where he enjoyed going to Washington DC when he had the opportunity to.

He never met a stranger. Billy would stop and help anyone in need.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Sam) Nichols; his two daughters, Andrea Wiebe, and Kasey Shroyer; his son, Joseph Armiger; four grandchildren, Dakota Wallace, Makaya Wiebe, Rylan Shroyer, and Brystol Shroyer; two great-grandchildren, Emersyn Wallace, and Aliyah Wallace; four sisters, Debbie Nichols, Kathy Farinha, Pat Sneed, and Mary Solis; four brothers, Jimmie D. Nichols, Jimmie Nichols, Daniel Nichols, and James Brooks; and his sister-in-law, Sherry Nichols.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, David Nichols.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Seminole Chapel, 335 E. State Road 434, Longwood, FL with Pastor Tom Hensley officiating.

A viewing and visitation will take place preceding the service from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1 at the funeral home.

Graveside services are private.
