Ricky Jules, 57 of Ocoee, Florida passed away peacefully and full of faith on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, at Health Central in Ocoee, Florida with his loving family by his side.
Ricky was born on February 17th, 1965 in Carenage, Trinidad. He is the son of the late Marie Iona Jules. Ricky was the loving husband of 33 years to Shamila (Maharaj) Jules.
Ricky was an Offshore Oil Rig Worker in Trinidad and CDL driver here in Orlando, Florida for many years. He wanted to do many things in his life and although he didn’t get the opportunity, he would always say his dream came true, through his children. He enjoyed living his life every single day, as if he had never grown past 25, he was full of life. He loved to dance and to joke, his laughter was genuine and radiating. He will
forever be remembered for his stories and his comical nature. Ricky worked hard every day of his life and though it may not have been easy, to bring joy to those around him and see his family happy, was all the fruit he needed to bear of his labor. He had created a legacy and foundation for his family to live in love, unity and want for nothing. Ricky gave his family the things he never had in his own life, for his family to be more than he ever had ever imagined. He enjoyed socializing at every opportunity and to inspire all around him. Ricky enjoyed cards and music. Most of all he enjoyed his children and grandchild, he supported all his kids wanted in their own lives, he was a proud father. Everyone knew Ricky to be kind and helpful. Even with his last he would give it away. Ricky has touched many and was always a radiating beam of light to everyone he had
come in contact with. Ricky was the example of blessing thy neighbor for the sake of his kind heart and appreciation for life. Ricky was someone you can count on. Ricky was as gentle as a butterfly, as genuine and pure as gold, yet still respected as the King he truly was known to be. He will be missed sincerely by all.
Besides his loving wife, Shamila; he is survived by three children Zachri, Darius and Joshua Jules. His granddaughter Araceli. His sister Cynthia and brothers Russel, Jefferey, Hank and Rishi. He will also be survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. Forever Ricky will live within our memory, hearts and always be loved dearly.
The family will receive relatives and friends for a viewing from 1:00PM to 2:00PM and service from 2:00PM to 3:00PM on November 6th, 2022 at Winter Oak Funeral Home, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
