Ana Ocasio

Dear family, friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ: Blessings!

Our beautiful mother, Ana Ocasio, was born in Puerto Rico, 03/20/1938.

I’d like to share a little about this amazing lady.

Our mother’s relationship with Jesus was a living one. Jesus Christ was the Lover of her soul, and she walked with him and talked with him, enjoying sweet communion with him daily. She did not have any “vacations.” Her rest was worship, prayer, singing of hymns and reading the Bible. Her purpose, her ministry, was caring for all her 10 children, giving us un-conditional love, words of encourage, and always saying… “Todo es possible con Dios” (everything is possible with God)

Our mom always prayed with passion and power over the lives of her children, grandchildren, great-Grandchildren and great -great grandchildren. There were many nights I would hear her prayers and how she mentioned us all by name.

Our mother rejoiced in the knowing that one day she will be going to heaven and meet with her Lord, for she knew that death is not a loss but a gain; that death is far better; and that to die is to be present with the Lord.

On Wed, Nov 15, 2022, at 8:40pm., our mother passed to be with her creator, Jesus Christ. We held her hand and whisper, go in peace, we love you and will see you soon. We watch her take her last breath.

We grieve today, we will grieve tomorrow, and we will grieve all our days for you, our mother. But we are also glad that you are eternally happy. For you, there will be no more death, no more mourning, no more crying, and no more pain.

Mother, you leave an incredible legacy behind, the lives you have impacted, you have seen your prayers come to life, you have seen your children married, become productive people, love others, give of what they have. You have seen your grandchildren become Pastors, Worship Leaders, and become Great Parents. You have seen your great grandchildren love God, pray for others, give to others, whether from their allowance or gifts and feeding the homeless, what prayer warriors they have become, that my precious mother is what you leave behind
