Allan H. Bruckheim, 94, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away November 20, 2022. He was born November 11, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York to parents Harry Bruckheim and Henrietta Roberts Bruckheim who preceded him in death along with his loving wife Joyce S. Bruckheim.

Dr. Bruckheim had a long career in medicine (beginning with his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland) which included being Associate Professor of Medicine at SUNY Stony Brook. He was a member of American Academy of Family Practice and the Rotary Club of Harrison, New York. Allan had a passion for horseback riding, (he was a mounted policeman in New York Central Park), teaching, painting, all things computer related and was a syndicated columnist for Tribune Media Services. He was also a medical consultant for Good Morning New York. His family was his most important passion.

He is survived by his children Debra (Bruckheim) DeMarco and her spouse Robert, Andrea (Bruckheim) Fishman, and Lori Bruckheim; grandchildren Jaclyn (DeMarco) Cohen and spouse Joshua, Danielle DeMarco and spouse Rachael, Brandon Fishman and spouse Julia Zalcman, Ilana Fishman, and Madison Dvorak; great grandchildren Harper Cohen, Hayden Cohen, Lincoln DeMarco, and Charles Fishman; siblings Joan Kupferberg and Arthur Bruckheim.

An intimate family service will be held on December 22, 2022 at 11am in Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make charitable donations to Hospice, Vitas Community Connection (PO Box 645352, Cincinnati, OH 45264-5352). Guests may pay their respects to the family at 11319 Shandon Park Way, Windermere, Florida from 1pm-6pm on December 22, 2022.
