UPDATE: Gallagher has been found and is safe.
Local authorities are asking the public for help to locate a 53-year-old man who has been missing out of St. Cloud since Tuesday.
According to the St. Cloud Police Department, David Gallagher was last seen on Tuesday, December 6, walking north in the area of 12th Street and Massachusetts Avenue.
Gallagher stands 5’11” tall, weighs 185 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts with red stripes, and sandals.
