Local authorities are asking the public for help to locate a 62-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday.
According to the Orlando Police Department, Andrew Torres was last seen on Tuesday, December 6, at around 11:30 p.m. in the area of Underwood Street.
Torres suffers from a cognitive impairment, according to police. He stands 6’3″ tall, weighs 180 pounds, has gray hair, and brown eyes.
