A trio of luxury cars was stolen from three different homes in a wealthy Winter Park neighborhood this week.
According to the Winter Park Police Department, on Tuesday, December 6, three luxury cars were stolen from different driveways in the “Vias” neighborhood of Winter Park.
Investigators believe that the suspects specifically targeted vehicles that were unlocked during the overnight hours. In each case, keys to the vehicles were left inside the cars.
Police have since recovered one of the vehicles in the days following, while two others are still at large.
“Investigators would like to remind ALL residents to lock unattended vehicles (particularly overnight) and never leave keys to an unattended vehicle inside,” reads a statement from the Winter Park Police Department.
