P.F.C Chris Longley Jr., 70 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Wednesday December 7th, 2022, in DeLand FL.
P.F.C. Chris Longley Jr. was born on February 14th, 1952, in Belle Glades, Florida. The son of Daisy Lee Oliver-Longley and Chrisostom Longley Sr.
P.F.C. Chris Longley Jr. was the first offspring of the “Bahamian blooded Longley’s” to carry the Longley name in the USA. He came of age growing up in the Lake Mann Homes housing projects and gained quite a reputation for being able to protect himself and all eleven of his siblings with his knowledge of boxing, karate, and street fighting. He served in the US army in 1970 and was a Vietnam veteran. He graduated from Jones High School where he was an outstanding athletic football player.
Chris Longley Jr. is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Beatrice Longley, he has two sons Gabriel Longley(deceased) (Lynnora), Vinson Longley, and one daughter Cyleisia Longley. He also raised two other sons Frito and Mcfrande Louis (Patrice). He also has five grandchildren. Gabriel Longley junior, Mahogany and Jabari McClinton, Jamari Louis, McFrande Louis Jr. He was the second of twelve children. His siblings include: Mary Alice Oliver-Miller (Willie), Arthur James Longley, Kathy Longley-Davis (Henry), Louise Longley-Tompkins, Patricia Ann Longley(deceased), Eustice Longley (deceased), Alexander Longley(deceased), Princess Longley- Willis, Christina Longley, Charles Longley, Bill Longley(deceased) He also leaves to mourn nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
