A 45-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence after he crashed his pickup truck into a bar in Ivanhoe Village.
Jackson M. Click was arrested by Orlando Police Department officers on Sunday, December 18, on charges of driving under the influence with serious bodily injury after crashing into the Hideaway Bar.
According to the OPD, officers responded to the bar, which is located at 516 Virginia Drive, near downtown Orlando, just before 6 p.m. after receiving calls regarding a vehicle crashing into the a building.
Authorities say that the driver, Click, remained at the scene and that four people were injured as a result of the crash. The injured individuals were transported to the hospital by Orlando Fire Department crews. All four were in stable condition at the time of transport, according to authorities.
Click was arrested shortly thereafter and is currently being held at the Orange County Jail. His bond has been set at $5,000.
