A Kissimmee man was thrown from his motorcycle and killed after he crashed into the back of a vehicle early Sunday morning.
According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal accident took place on Sunday, January 8, just before 2 a.m.
The 22-year-old man was driving a 2005 Honda CBR600 southbound on S Orange Avenue, just north of E Weatherbee Road, when he failed to stop for a vehicle ahead.
The motorcycle crashed into the back of that vehicle, a 2008 Honda Accord, and the rider was thrown off the motorcycle.
The man was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Accord, a 26-year-old Deltona man, was uninjured in the crash.
