Police are investigating a shooting incident in Winter Park after a 23-year-old man was found dead.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 3100 block of Terry Brook Drive in reference to a man down at 6:50 a.m. on Friday, January 6.

When deputies arrived, they found Lukman Attah-Slater Mohammed had been shot. Mohammed was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation is active and ongoing, and police are asking police to share any details or information that may help them arrest those responsible.
