Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar nearing completion on Lake Nona location

A gastrobar specializing in Peruvian cuisine is nearing completion on a new location in Lake Nona.

Crews have been making steady progress on Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar, a new restaurant concept opening at 9344 Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona. An opening date for the restaurant has not yet been announced.

Late last year, the company released renderings that show the restaurant’s exterior and interior spaces.

The restaurant is currently working on a menu that will feature a bevy of Peruvian specialties with modern twists. Dishes will feature seafood and fresh ingredients and will be prepared by Peruvian chefs.

The business is owned by Florencio Rodriguez, who also owns and operates multiple Don Julio Mexican Kitchen locations across the area, including ones in Lake Mary, Orlando, Waterford Lakes, and Eagle Creek.

Those restaurants, and the new Peruivan concept, all feature a ceviche bar, where unique ceviches are paired with cocktails.
