Bruce P. Petersen, 71, of Longwood, FL died on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
Rites of cremation have been performed. He will be interred at a later date.
Bruce was born June 26, 1951, to Earl and Lillian (Ozias) Petersen of Davenport, IA. He later moved to Duluth, MN where he married Lou Ann Shackelford on October 7, 1971. His job with AT&T moved him to Easton, PA, and Longwood, FL where he retired after 35 years of service as a Computer Network Engineer.
Bruce was an expert at automation and enjoyed building and fixing things. He was also an accomplished marksman.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Lou Ann Petersen; son, Ryan Petersen; sister Lori (Dan) Walljasper of Davenport, IA; and grandchildren Lillian and Payton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
