A 30-year-old Kissimmee man was arrested after he allegedly showed up at a victim’s home, refused to leave, and shot the victim after a fight.
Luis Joel Delgado was arrested by Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Monday, January 23 on charges of premeditated murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated stalking.
According to police, Delgado allegedly visited a residence on Peppermill Circle in Kissimmee on Sunday, January 22. The victim says that Delgado was uninvited at the residence and refused to leave.
The victim and Delgado began fighting in the driveway and a short time later, Delgado went to his vehicle to retrieve a firearm. Delgado then allegedly used the firearm to shoot the victim.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Delgado is currently being held at the Osceola County Department of Corrections on no bond.
