A fire at a local senior living complex in Winter Park resulted in an injury to one of its residents.
Winter Park Fire Rescue crews responded to the Westminster Winter Park, located at 1111 S Lakemont Avenue, on Tuesday, January 24 just after 4:30 p.m. after receiving calls regarding a structure fire.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the rooftop area before completely extinguishing it.
One person was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
