Harold Robert Hutchinson “Hal” 75 passed away peacefully on January 23, 2023. Hal was born on May 28,1947 in Ithaca, New York to Robert Addis and Gladys Wafler.
He graduated from Pompano Beach High School in 1965 and received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Florida attending on a full golf scholarship. Hal had a huge love for golf. He had 5 holes in one and a double eagle. Which he always said was just luck. He was the Florida State junior champion in 1965 when he was 18 years old.
When he was eight years old, he began visiting grandparents in Florida, where he loved deep sea fishing out of Hillsboro Shores, and this is where his love for Florida developed. At 10 years old, his family moved to Florida, and he continued to pursue golf, play little league baseball and shoot hoops. He pursued his career in Financial Planning where he had 50 years of successfully running his own business, until he retired in 2019.
He is survived by his 3 children, Christine Eisert (Scott), Kathleen Maun (Richard) and Carrie Hurd (Anthony), his sister Joan Braender and niece Corinne Oliver (Jeffery). He had seven grandchildren whom he adored. Averie & Jake Eisert, Cameron, Carson and Kennedy Maun and Harper and Hudson Hurd. He was blessed with a multitude of friendships during his life, so many of which were important to his heart.
He is dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his creator. Being that Hal was an avid animal lover, in lieu of flowers, donations can be to Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
