Crave Hot Dogs opening first Florida location in Orlando this weekend

Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ has officially opened the doors on its first location in Orlando.

The restaurant is now open at 1737 S. Orange Avenue, reopening nearly a full year after the business originally opened under its former leadership.

With new management and leadership in place, Crave had been previewing the new location for months leading up to its official opening on January 27, 2023.

Established in 2018, Crave has planned locations across over a dozen states. The Orlando location joins one other in the Sunshine State located in Venice. According to the company’s website, new Florida locations are planned for Lakeland, Ocala, and Kissimmee.

The business previously opened on February 12, 2022, before closing down a few months later.

Crave’s menu showcases a variety of sandwiches, wings, and hot dogs, which can be covered with over a dozen and a half unique toppings. Pulled chicken, pulled pork, and smoked brisket are also available through plates or by the pound.

In addition to a variety of food options, Crave offers a large selection of craft beers.

The new restaurant joins multiple others that have opened their doors in recent months, including World Famous House of Mac, 4Rivers Smokehouse, John & John’s Pizzeria, and SoDough Square.

Crave is open Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
