Paul Ashley Leitch, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42 on February 19, 2023, at his home in Apopka, Florida.
If you didn’t know Paul, don’t worry, he knew you, as he never met a stranger. Paul was born in Columbus, Ohio. It was there in 2008 that he met the love of his life, Shea. They married in 2014 and welcomed their son, Ethan Thomas Leitch, on May 20, 2020.
Paul was known for his infectious personality and sense of humor, his compassion for others, and his wit. There was nothing more beautiful than watching him with his family—whether it was him teaching Ethan how to fish, telling you how lucky he was to be married to Shea, watching a Buckeyes game with his mom and dad, or listening to him brag about his brothers and sister. As a mortgage broker, Paul helped countless people buy their dream home. Paul was a sneakerhead who loved tinkering with drones, watching the Premier League and Star Wars, and making amazing mixsets and mash-ups as DJ Uncle Paulie.
He left his mark in this world in so many ways, giving us unforgettable memories and unconditional love that left you feeling invincible. Paul was, in every sense, one of a kind. In addition to Shea and Ethan, Paul is survived by parents Thomas and Anita, brothers Brian (Rebecca) and Chris (Catherine), and sister Amy (Patrick).
