Donna Gaffney Spitzer, 82, of Winter Springs, passed away at Advent Health Hospice Care in Altamonte Springs, FL, on Tuesday, March 1, 2023, with her family by her side. Donna was born January 28, 1941, in North Versailles, PA.
Donna was married to Edwin L Spitzer (deceased) for 50 years. They had two daughters, Nancy (Tony) Ridenbaugh and Elizabeth Spitzer; a son, Edwin Spitzer (Carin); and grandchildren, Ryan (Alexandra) and Kaitlyn Ridenbaugh; Victoria and Nicholas Reyes as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Donna was a loving mother, a proud grandmother and dedicated caregiver to family members. Donna and Ed relocating to Lake Mary, Florida in 1988 where she enjoyed golfing and spending time with their family and friends. Prior to relocating she was an active member of her community and church in White Oak, PA.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Marie (Kerrigan) Gaffney and siblings John Gaffney; Eileen Harnett; Patricia Gaffney and William Gaffney.
